PURPOSE
Regional Account Managers (RAMs) are responsible for consulting wireless retailers on our products and services by taking a consultative approach and following policies, procedures, and protocols. The goal is to have every retailer assigned buy and activate all of our products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or other relevant role.
● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence clients to work with our organization.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
● Ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
● Develop and maintain an excellent business relationship with assigned partners.
● Service new and existing accounts with a routine schedule.
● Ability to execute and call on a list of leads from top to bottom.
● Ensuring time between calls is no more than 3-5 minutes.
● Constantly developing product knowledge to increase effectiveness.
● Create new and innovative ways to increase sales and products carried by customers.
● Attend team meetings and maintain pipeline of leads by asking for referrals.
● Continuously educate yourself on product knowledge and new products in the industry.
● Call assigned partners and log each conversation with detailed notes.
● Constant coaching and development to our partners about current company offerings and how they can make money selling relevant products.
● Manage to consistently meet or exceed company expectations and improve company metrics.
● Required to be available during business hours to support all of of partners’ needs, and if the partner contacts you for support you must return their call/email as soon as possible and in no more than 1 hr.
● Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific partners (gas stations, liquor stores, pc repair, wireless retail, etc.).
● Work hand in hand with the outside sales team (BDM’s) to assist in sales and support with the partners assigned to you.
● Communicate directly with management with any issues or opportunities that require immediate attention.
● Always working on developing your time management and sales skills.
● Input orders for partners in a timely manner and log detailed notes after every call.
● Strive to exceed partners’ expectations by delivering the best dealer experience. Always under-promising and over-delivering on your approach.
● Promote all products and services to partners in a positive and courteous manner, while always being professional when comparing our products and services to our direct competitors.
● Establishing close personal relationships with the partners assigned to you.
● Identify low producing partners and work diligently to coach and train on how to increase sales to create a phenomenal partner experience.
● Constantly growing our partners’ business by delivering the Rush Star Wireless Guarantee.
● Ability to enter complete notes and update RSW partner information as needed in the CRM.
● Ability to follow policies, procedures, and protocols.
● Ability to utilize the playbook to access valuable resources.
● Ability to write courteous emails showing high levels of customer service.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to train new clients on equipment issues.
● Read, Write, and Speak Spanish and English.
● 1 - 2 years of customer service experience. Call center experience is a PLUS!
● Team player is a must.
● Must be a detail listener with strong organizational and time management skills.
● High School Diploma or GED Required.
