Buscamos una Recepcionista - Trabajo Remoto
Ingles es indispensable

We are a U.S.-based property management firm seeking a polite, professional, detail-oriented receptionist to handle all incoming calls and utility management.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Answer all incoming calls, ordering utility turn-ons, turn-offs, tracking lockboxes, and updating the information in our systems as needed.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Good English Writing and Speaking Skills
Previous receptionist and data entry experience required
Positive attitude
Attention to detail and excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to anticipate needs and use sound judgment, resourcefulness, and discretion
Familiarity with G Suite and other cloud-based programs
A fast internet connection and computer are required and you must be willing and able to install and run TimeDoctor software on your computer during working hours.
WORK SCHEDULE - Full Time, Long-term - Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EDT (or EST)
Salary 80 - 100 MXN pesos per hour
The work schedule may become more flexible as the successful candidate demonstrates proficiency.
