Vive Diferente Global Recruitment Agency is seeking staff to work at a 5-star hotels and restaurants in Doha, Qatar, for the 2022 World Cup.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced English – Speaking
- Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant – Minimum 2 years as a waitress
- Preferable International experience
- Passion and love for food
- Able to relocate – Doha, Qatar


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Prepare all mise-en-place required for the tables and stations before each service.
- Undertake cleaning and tidying of service before, during, and after the service.
- Have a working knowledge of calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on diet. (Information provided by the Chef)
- Upselling where is possible.
- Communicate effectively with other departments especially the Kitchen.
- Responsible for reporting any health and safety hazards, immediately to the senior person on duty.
- Ensured high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering personal attention to customers.
- Monitor and ensure a clean workplace and other areas for the facility.

SKILLS:

- Strong customer service
- Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
- Attention to detail
- Have knowledge of healthy eating in order to advise guests and answer queries
- Full understanding and knowledge of the menu

Bachillerato/Preparatoria/Secundaria

Mínimo Nivel de Inglés Requerido

Avanzado

Mínima Experiencia Laboral Requerida
