Senior QA

Job Summary
As Senior QA, you would be working closely to floor supervisors and call center agents to guarantee transparency and efficiency. Plan at an operational level and manages the effective use of resources.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist management in interviewing.
Lead large teams in the call center.
Interact with Sr. Management on projects progress.
Conduct QA reviews and audits.
Identify, collect, analyze and report on metrics.

*Job includes but not limited to validating resources to manage the Contact Center environment. Reporting frequent status and escalating concerns quickly to Management as our timelines are very aggressive. Validate multiple projects somewhat concurrently while keeping Project Management aware of status.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
One year of QA Agent in the Call Center environment.

Compensation: Depends on experience.
