JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall Responsibility:
Maintain acceptable standards set by the department and providing an outstanding customer service level in a very professional environment.
Apply the necessary knowledge that the job demands to resolve any or
all issues related to your daily assignments.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Making outbound calls on delinquent accounts
- Receiving inbound calls
- Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently
past due
- Identifying accounts that require management review
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Identifying customers that require field visits and forwarding those
to the appropriate personnel for review or action
- Maintaining required standards set by the department
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Shift:
Terms of employment
regular, full time (non-exempt)
Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday off and another day during the week.
Salary:
$9,300 base salary + $3,200 bonus + 2% fondo de ahorro + tricolor benefit.
