Freudenberg-NOK is the Americas joint venture partnership between Freudenberg & Co. in Germany and NOK Corp. in Japan. Together, the companies make up the world's largest producer of elastomeric seals and custom molded products.This Company requires for its Facility in CUAUTLA Morelos:
Design and reverse Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Engineering Degree in Design / Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic or related disciplines.
• Solidworks / CAD, Inventor experience & Domain required.
• Molded in 3D and Volumetries simulation
• Rubber molding processes experienced, thermoplastics and rubber Knowledge in general.
• Knowledge in measurement and metrology
• Minimum two years of experience in engineering in automotive manufacturing fields
• Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
• Advanced English (TOEFL > 550 or equivalent)
• Development of reverse engineering in order to support new aftermarket launchings
• Good communication skills & team work.
• Most be aligned with the following competences: Innovation, focus on results, analysis and outstanding results.
• Master Degree is not mandatory but is a plus.
• Experience of problem solving & hands-on in the shop floor.
• Process change management experience & documentation of engineering changes in the Quality System.
• Strong background & experience in process analysis methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Design of experiments, 5’ Why, 8D’s, etc.)
• Demonstrated Knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste.
• Previous experience with AIAG standards (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP/Control Plans).
• Conceptualize mechanical equipment; visualize relation and interaction for components, understand component strength requirements.
• Willing to travel to customers, suppliers, and other FNST sites, as necessary
• Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 and IATF standards.
