Descripción de la Plaza

Assist management to establish roles and responsibilities of purchasing goals
Drive for Inventory Turn Over improvement per site targets
Manage and optimize inventory at target levels
Drive for 100% supplier on time delivery
Initiate inventory control/cost containment to yield Purchase Price Variance
Assist in sourcing of new supply bases for competitive pricing, quality and reliable products
Supervise the team in the management of the supply chain to achieve continuous timely supply of parts and services
Work closely with the team to ensure purchasing compliance to corporate directives
Review controls to reduce exposures on End of Life Projects to minimize exposure on obsolete stock
Support corporate excess materials internal programs (as appropriate)
Analyze, negotiate and manage both new and existing suppliers for lead-time, payment terms and cost reduction
Deal with day-to-day operational issues with staff

- To supervise and coordinate the activities of the department staff related to the purchasing of equipment, materials, and operating supplies.
- Supervise the purchasing all equipment, materials, parts, and supplies required by the company
- Management of loss prevention by implementing purchasing policies, procedures, and systems within the guidelines of the company purchasing programs.
- Internationals negotiations.

- 10 years off experience for Tier 1 Automotive Wire Harness Company.
-Experience dealing with companies as TE, Molex, Aptiv, Yazaki, Sumitomo etc.
-Strong experience in similar position.
-Strong skills on excel is a must.
-Bachelor degree. Master Degree is a plus.
- Fluent English.
Management experience at least 5 to 10 purchasing team employees
-Highly organized .
-Highly detailed oriented.
-High level communication.
