What you’ll do:
Assist claimants with completing the full disability application process through detailed phone interviews
.
Navigate multiple systems, including internal and order management websites, to ensure 100% data accuracy
.
Demonstrate empathy and patience while asking sensitive medical questions to determine eligibility for benefits
.
What you need:
Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
.
Proficient computer skills, specifically in Windows OS, Internet navigation, and associated software
.
Excellent communication, being detail-oriented and inclined to help others with compassion
.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
.
What you’ll get:
Base Gross Monthly Salary: $17,500
.
Performance Bonus: Monthly gross bonus up to $5,100 based on metrics and attendance
.
Key Benefits: $1,500 monthly food stamps and 4% savings fund
.
Law Benefits: 15 days Christmas bonus, vacations, IMSS, and profit sharing
.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Nine-hour shifts)
