Essential Duties & Responsibilities(Other duties may be assigned)
-Handle inbound prospect calls related to new Internet service inquiries.
-Use prepared scripts and consultative questioning to understand customer needs.
-Present product features, pricing, and promotions to influence buying decisions.
-Build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and communicate clearly and professionally.
-Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
-Maintain general knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
-Accurately capture customer information and enter data into CRM systems.
-Follow all quality assurance guidelines and call flow requirements.
-Comply with company, client, and regulatory policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
What We Offer
-Base pay between $19,000 to $21,000 (based on experience) + high‑earning commission opportunities
