Scrum Master

Is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and the Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Product Managers and Technical Leads to design and deliver the
vision and customer experience for the Bank's Digital customers. This role will focus on delivering security-related features and capabilities for Online and Mobile channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement project plans, managing project lifecycle and operational aspects.
Manage work streams, prepare status reports, and interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex project issues.
Secure, lead, motivate, and inspire internal and external resources required for program delivery.
Lead status meetings, track actions, and follow-up items.
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
Lead and contribute to project definition and scope development.
Act as an escalation point for risks and issues.
Motivate functional teams within a matrix reporting structure.
Manage project management deliverables from initiation through closure.
Enhance program and project management capabilities and operational oversight.
Influence operational level stakeholders on new concepts and practices.
Build collaborative business and technology relationships, eliminating barriers when possible.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks.
Analyze project data, metrics, and financials to make data-driven decision.Prioritize, budget, estimate, and implement projects.

Experience in Digital Services.

Certified Scrum Master.

Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (Jira, Figma, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
Highly motivated, responsive, and results-oriented.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to influence others and enable effective teamwork.
Ability to understand, apply, and articulate industry project management principles.
Ability to analyze project data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience prioritizing, budgeting, estimating, and implementing projects.
