POSITION: Tier 1 Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Ticket Management: Respond promptly and accurately to inbound customer support tickets regarding account access, login troubleshooting, and subscription preferences.
* Preference & Account Admin: Process customer requests regarding marketing message preferences, account updates, and general platform inquiries.
* KPI Adherence: Consistently meet performance targets, including first-response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and call/hold metrics.
* Issue Escalation: Identify complex or Tier 2 technical and billing issues and route them accurately to internal management.
* Data Hygiene: Document all customer interactions, notes, and resolution steps within the ticketing system.
