The ideal candidate will be a bright, resourceful and self-motivated professional, with experience in sales within the conference industry. This role centres in the direct acquisition of high-value customers for our global events and offers high exposure to senior decision makers (mostly by phone) and the opportunity to develop transferable commercial skills.

The approach of our client is entirely different from that of conventional conference companies. They produce exclusively senior-level events where everybody pays to participate in a unique event format that allows them to engage in a meaningful way.

This position requires fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Key Role

Sell delegates and other tickets to senior level real estate executives for the events in México and LATAM Region.
Coordinate with team members to maintain optimum customer managing through the database to ensure a great customer experience throughout the pipeline.
Ensure that all data is collected in a timely and accurate fashion, and incorporated into the CRM system correctly.
Provide a regular pipeline report to chart your progress to your line manager.
Develop an in-depth understanding of your market and customers, with a focus on developing strong relationships as the foundation for everything you do.
Provide feedback and suggestions about customer segments to target to the Project Team.
Report to the Senior Director for general performance and targets state.

Financial performance, as a result of delegate acquisitions
Amount of contact time (on the phone) with your market and customers
Level of understanding of your market and customer knowledge, and subsequent ability to identify and capitalise opportunities avoiding or mitigating challenges
Quality and quantity of key relationships, both internal and external
Quality and quantity of the contribution to the team and to the company
Quality and quantity of productivity and output
Consistency and reliability of reporting, forecasting and progression towards project management

Basic salary with an aggressive commission scheme

Unlike conventional conference companies, they don't have panels or slides in the encounters, because they work with open discussions that allow participants to share and connect with each other.
