Job Summary:We are seeking and experience Virtual Assistant with 1 - 3 years of expertise in Aptly, a real state property management automation software. The ideal candidate must have hands on experience using aptly, as this role will focus exclusively on task within this platform. This is a full time remote position with a work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm(Monday to Fridays) weekend off.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks within Aptly, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Optimize workflows and automation processes within Aptly to enhance property management operations.
Provide support for data, entry, tracking, and organizing property related information using Aptly.
Assist with communication and coordination within the platform ensuring smooth interaction with clients, tenants and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve any Aptly related issues, ensuring seamless software utilization.
Generate reports and maintain up to date records in Aptly to support real state operations.
Requirements:
* 1 - 3 years of hand on experience using Aptly in a real state or property management setting.
* Strong understanding of Aptly features automation, capabilities and workflow management.
* Ability to efficiently manage data, workflows and reporting within the software.
* Detail oriented, highly organized and able to work independently.
* Excellent communications and problem solving skill.
* Must be available to star ASAP.
