GB Advisors is seeking for Mexican ITSM Specialist (work from home) to attend its clients in Mexico and all America.

It’s essential that you speak english fluidly, we offer 100% Home Office and growth opportunities.

You must have experience in ITSM products and ITIL knowledge.

1. Advanced Technical Conversational English (Mandatory).
2. Systems Engineer or related.
3. ITIL knowledge and/or experience (Mandatory).
4. ITIL v3 Certification is a plus.
5. Knowledge and/or experience on Agile Methodology for Project Management (Mandatory).
6. SCRUM Certification or equivalent is a plus.
7. Knowledge in ITSM applications (user and administration) is mandatory.
8. Knowledged in BMC, ServiceNow and/or FreshWorks is a plus.
9. Ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
10. Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
11. Ability to work under pressure and in flexible times (our customers range in time zones between -2 and +2 hours from local time (UTC-4)
12. Proactive and skilled, oriented to problem-solving and analytical mind for client requirements analysis.
13. Driven to achieve common goals.
14. Excellent Support Capabilities.
15. Have a computer for work from home (Mandatory).
16. High speed and stable internet available (Mandatory).
17. Headset with microphone and headphones for the computer (Mandatory).
18. Supporting the acquisition of products in the use and understanding of systems by the clients, guaranteeing a good attention and a good customer service.
