Team Lead US Taxation – International Accounting Solutions Provider

Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly

Responsibilities:
Review and manage various US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S)
.
Supervise tax associates and ensure the high quality of all deliverables
.
Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks
.
Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients
.
Ensure strict compliance with US tax laws and filing deadlines
.
Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season
.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in US taxation
.
Expert knowledge of 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns
.
Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries
.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
.
CPA, EA, or CA qualification (or currently pursuing)
.
