Join our team as an Appointment Setter!This department focuses on making appointments with the law firm in order to begin a legal process. The team also attends consultations with potential new clients.
Main responsibilities
Greet and assist customers over the phone to determine their questions, needs and reasons for their patronage.
Provide information about the firm services.
Answer customer questions and inquiries using well-informed and specific responses to increase consumer trust and satisfaction.
Offer solutions to customer needs or wants to maintain customer satisfaction.
Use sales techniques to persuade customer to acquire firm services.
Build secure and lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent and thoughtful customer service based on diverse backgrounds, values and interests.
Effectively deal with customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
