At Intugo, we collaborate with international companies by providing administrative solutions that allow them to operate efficiently in Mexico while creating quality employment opportunities in our community.We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a Billing Specialist in an onsite position.
Compensation
• Gross monthly salary: $18,500 MXN

Key Responsibilities
• Handle high-volume, performance-based invoicing for large customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.
• Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.
• Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges.
• Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Business-level English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Prior collections experience (calls and/or letters).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and clerical reporting procedures.
Schedule
