Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in financial servicing technology and contact center solutions, is seeking talented individuals to join us as a Customer Service Specialist in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.If you possess fluent English skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support, this opportunity is for you!
Compensation & Benefits
Base Gross Monthly Salary: $12,000 MXN
Monthly Gross Bonus: Up to $3,000 MXN
Food Stamps (Vales de Despensa): $800 MXN monthly

Work Schedule & Modality
Workplace Modality: On-site
Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Working Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 days off (Sunday + 1 weekday off)
Your Role (Key Responsibilities):
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally.
Assist customers with navigating online application processes and educate them on products and services.
Support clients with payment scheduling or account adjustments.
Manage escalated situations calmly while documenting all client interactions accurately in internal systems.
What You Need (Requirements):
English Proficiency: Advanced/fluent verbal and written English communication skills (MUST).
Experience: 6 months of customer service experience required.
Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Attitude: High energy, creative problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
