At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in immigration legal services. We are currently seeking a Recovery Specialist who will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, developing effective recovery strategies, and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining accurate documentation and professional client communication.KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Manage accounts that are 360+ days past due and determine appropriate recovery actions.
Contact clients to secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
Adjust recovery strategies and escalate accounts when necessary.
Meet recovery targets while maintaining accurate account documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of experience in collections or Accounts Receivable (AR).
Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: $20,000 MXN gross
$1,000 MXN monthly food stamps
5 PTO days
