About the Role:
Sagan connects experienced construction project and estimating specialists with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.

Position Overview:
Support construction delivery through organized project coordination or accurate estimating. Project management and trade estimating are assessed separately.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project documents, drawings and scope within your specialty.
• Maintain schedules, project records, quantities or cost information as relevant to your track.
• Coordinate information and follow-up with project stakeholders or contractors.
• Check revisions, document assumptions and flag gaps or changes.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with construction project, drawing review, takeoff, estimating and spreadsheet tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
