Magic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Spanish Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a US-based client with executive and administrative tasks.Rate: $6USD/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | US Business Hours
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provide C-Level executive and administrative support
- Manage inboxes, calendars, and phone communications
- Handle documents, records, and CRM updates
- Conduct research and prepare concise summaries
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business partners
- Communicate professionally in Spanish and English
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Experience working with US-based clients and different time zones
- Proficient with CRM, email, calendar, and business tools
Work-from-Home Requirements:
- Computer with 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- 50 Mbps+ internet connection
- Headset with noise cancellation and webcam
- Backup computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
