Buscamos ejecutivos de soporte al cliente para importante empresa de tecnología. Las principales actividades son guiar al usuario para resolución de problemas y proporcionar excelente servicio al cliente a través de llamadas telefónicas. La vacante es presencial en las instalaciones localizadas en Av. Tizoc 97 Cd. del Sol, Zapopan (muy cerca de Plaza del Sol)

Descripción de la Plaza

We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a Billing Specialist in an onsite position.

Compensation
Gross monthly salary: $18,500 MXN

Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume, performance-based invoicing for large customers.
Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.
Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.
Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges.
Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Business-level English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel.
Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Prior collections experience (calls and/or letters).
Knowledge of bookkeeping and clerical reporting procedures.
