At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in immigration law and legal services, helping individuals in the United States navigate immigration processes, including work permits, work visas, and permanent residency applications.We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with inquiries, and follow up on immigration case updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
Provide timely follow-ups regarding clients' immigration case status.
Direct clients to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain effective communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Gross Salary: $16,000 MXN.
