Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company that supports construction projects its looking for a Purchasing Agent who will own the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for active projects. The person will work closely with project managers/project engineers, suppliers, the warehouse, and accounting to ensure the correct materials arrive at the correct jobsite on time and at the best available cost.


The role includes requesting and comparing supplier quotes, issuing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating deliveries and pickups, monitoring long-lead materials, maintaining purchasing records and dashboards, evaluating suppliers, and supporting estimating teams with current material pricing. The position also involves evaluating rent-vs-buy decisions for tools and specialized testing equipment.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Purchasing/procurement experience.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to solicit and compare quotes from multiple suppliers.
Experience or ability to manage purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to track materials, deliveries, deadlines, and purchasing information consistently.
Comfortable coordinating with project teams, warehouse personnel, vendors, and accounting.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and purchasing/PO systems.
Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
Must be located in Hermosillo.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Procurement experience specifically within electrical or construction materials.
Familiarity with electrical materials, equipment, gear, and supplier networks.
Experience tracking long-lead construction items such as switchgear or lighting controls.
Experience purchasing tools, temporary power equipment, or specialty testing equipment.
Experience supporting estimating teams with material pricing.
Compensation:

Monthly gross starting at: $25,908.75 Mxn
$1000 MXN per month as Food vouchers
