Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in immigration services.
The firm assists individuals who are living and working in the U.S. without legal status,
guiding them through the legal process to regularize their immigration situation.
Their services help clients apply for work permits, visas, permanent residency, and
other immigration relief solutions.
As a Sales Representative, you will assist prospective clients with their immigration
needs by scheduling appointments, providing service information, and helping
convert inquiries into clients—all while ensuring a professional and supportive
experience.
Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their needs and
● determine how the firm can support them.
● Provide clear and concise information regarding immigration
● services and processes.
● Use sales techniques to encourage prospective clients to begin
● their legal process with the firm.
● Build long-term client relationships through consistent and
● culturally sensitive communication.
● Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure overall
● satisfaction.
● Offer solutions to address clients’ concerns or obstacles.
● Maintain accurate and timely communication across all customer
interactions.
