Team Lead US Taxation – International Accounting Solutions ProviderHook: Join an international company and expand your experience!
Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly.
Responsibilities:
Review and manage various US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
Supervise tax associates and ensure the high quality of all deliverables.
Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks.
Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients.
Ensure strict compliance with US tax laws and filing deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in US taxation.
Expert knowledge of 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns.
Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
CPA, EA, or CA qualification (or currently pursuing).
